Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy policies and practices for The GazProm Corp. and its subsidiaries and affiliates with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with www.autobusiness.ca or www.autobiz.ca (the Sites). This Privacy Policy may be updated by The GazProm Corp. giving reasonable notice of the revised terms (including by email or by posting on the Sites), and this Privacy Policy may be supplemented or modified by agreements entered into between The GazProm Corp. and an individual from time to time.

Personal information is only gathered when a visitor uses one of the interactive features on www.autobusiness.ca or www.autobiz.ca. Demographic and profile data is also collected at the Sites. We use this data to tailor each visitor's experience at the Sites, showing the user content that we think he or she might be interested in, and displaying the content according to the user’s preferences.
The GazProm Corp. online surveys ask visitors for contact information (such as email addresses) and demographic information (such as postal code). Any dispute shall be governed by Alberta and Canadian law and adjudicated by the courts of Alberta, Canada.
