About Used Cars Dealers Association (UCDA) in Canada The UCDA – not-for-profit association – was founded in 1984 in Canada by 7 Ontario dealers. Its mission is to enhance the image of the Used Vehicle Industry. It is managed by an Executive Director and a staff of 19.
