Used Chevrolet Blazer Review. Part 1.

Chevrolet has a big experience in making SUVs. First Chevrolet Blazer brand appeared first in
1969, when the Americans started to make Blazer “K” series.

In 1991 the restyling of Blazer S10 took place. There appeared a 5-door modification, and they
started to put under the hood only 4.3l engine (160 hp or 200 hp depending on the modification).
In 1993 the SUV’s name was a bit shortened – the car became known as Blazer S. And in 1994,
when a new generation of the model appeared, the “S” letter was dropped. So there appeared
Chevrolet Blazer with a 3- and 5-door body and the 4.3l 193 hp engine.

Engine

Used Chevrolet Blazer of second generation was equipped with only one power unit. This is
the 4.3l V6. By the way, it is the biggest V6 engine by volume. In practice, it means that used
Chevrolet Blazer of second generation is able not only to take off easily. The 4.3l V6 engine of
used Chevrolet Blazer allows the driver to feel confidently on the road, as even at 100km/h the
pressing on the gas pedal leads to quick acceleration. But you’d better not compete with sport
coupes. Used Chevrolet Blazer of second generation has a high center of gravity and doesn’t
have trendy anti-spin systems. And if you try to enter a turn within an inch of the allowed, you
can quite easily miscalculate it. And then the car will easily overturn.
